"Where do I start? This office has been beyond amazing. Jessica, Alice, Julie, I think I’ve spoken to everyone in the office at this stage and I’ve never had a bad experience. Truly. We moved to FL and within six months my husband passed. I was all over the place, missing payments and wildly confused. I literally couldn’t think straight. This was never a problem for them, they helped me sort out everything, and were incredibly compassionate even though I’m sure I probably called over the same non-issues several times because I couldn’t remember what I had or had not done on a daily basis. Then came the move… I moved to NH and the agent I got here was WILDLY incompetent. They did things like canceled my homeowners policy in FL when I was very clear I hadn’t sold that house yet. The only reason anything got done was because this office and everyone in it, out of the goodness of their hearts, took time, effort, and energy to help me. NH wouldn’t so much as pick up the phone all while they created problems. But this office? On top of everything. I don’t have the mental energy to get into all of it, let’s just leave it at I was very sad to be leaving this office. Because I know if something were to ever go wrong, they weren’t going to pull a “sorry can’t help” that so many other carriers do. You paid for this, you’re going to get what you paid for. You can’t go wrong with this branch or any agent here."
