"Mirazam Karimov at Craig Martin State Farm served me today and although I chose not to change my auto insurance which is much lower monthly, I just would like to say KUDOS to Mirazam for his kind calm professional spirit which did shine through the phone line immensely. Generally I would have said no thanks or just hung up the phone with so many spam calls these days, and the fact that I am very tired after working a double shift; but Mirazam is more unique than other advertising agents I have experienced in the past. He made me comfortable with his kind calm non-aggressive tone and gentle manners. He addressed me like my children and grandchildren. If he could have found a quote less than what I already have I would have jumped on an offer quickly.
