"I'm having a very bad experience with this branch. Initially an incorrect quote was provided to me for my home/car insurance and later the agent found this error and asked If I wanted to move forward. I said no as this way beyond on what I had, but the money had been withdrew from my account on 12March. After multiple contacts I was informed the refund check was sent to my current lender on 07April and since then it was not received, and I was requested to wait until 21April. At this point I needed to make several calls, and Craig Martin is never available for an appointment and never sent a response to my e-mail/calls. I just need to receive my money back to my Escrow account, but this experience is definitely being a nightmare."

While there were some complications in the initial quoting process, our team did reach out to explain the discrepancy and offered you the choice to move forward. When you chose not to, we initiated the refund process promptly. As noted, the refund was issued to your lender on April 7th, and we understand the delay in it reaching your escrow account has added to your frustration. Additionally, we did offer the option of sending the refund directly to you upon receipt of a letter from your mortgage company, Our goal has always been to resolve this matter efficiently and transparently. We’re committed to improving your experience and getting this resolved as quickly as possible. Please feel free to contact our office again, and we’ll do our best to ensure a timely follow-up."
