I became a State Farm agent at just 22 years old, and 34 years later, I still love what I do. I’m a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in Finance and played college football. Outside of the office, I’m married and a proud dad of twin boys. Our family loves everything Central Florida has to offer—from the people and lakes to great restaurants, entertainment, and theme parks.

Today, our team includes 11 professionals and more than 100 years of combined insurance experience. We’re proud to be recognized as a State Farm Chairman’s Circle and Ambassador for Life agency, reflecting our commitment to strong performance and exceptional service. Giving back is equally important to us. Our team supports the community through initiatives such as toy drives benefiting homeless children through Matthew’s Hope Ministry and other local events and causes.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Craig Martin - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
